"Still waiting for follow up from complaint"

My baby was seen by a urologist at St Margaret's Hospital, Epping and diagnosed with phimosis. At a follow up appointment another urologist fully and forcibly retracted his foreskin causing lacerations to its opening. This happened without our consent and on querying it we, his parents, were told there was no problem with our son.

After presenting a formal complaint to Princess Alexandra Trust they offered a meeting which we gladly accepted but no date has been set, with their Patient Experience Team continuing to promise to follow this up.
