"Phlebotomy Service Opening Times"

I arrived at South Liverpool Treatment Centre at 6. 45pm to have blood tests done but was told that I would not be able to be seen. The service is advertised as being open from 7am-7pm and I had re-arranged clients in order to make it to the centre before 7pm.

I was not impressed at the manner in which my concerns were dealt with by the reception staff and I believe that the publicity material should not advertise the site as being open until 7pm if it would be more accurate to say 'arrive at 6. 30pm'.

I managed to rearrange my schedule and attend the following day and the phlebotomists themselves were excellent at always. I just feel that the communication could be improved between the service and their service users.
