"Lack of communication"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

The renal team need to be more communicative about decisions/patient status to the patient's immediate family at least once a week or where the patient is fairly seriously ill. This is very much lacking here in comparison with other large tertiary care teaching hospitals in the country. It would be good to improve this aspect as it is very important.
