"Poor care"

Mt father is still in This hospital and I am really not impressed with the care he is receiving. My mother has even asked to speak to the hospital manager, but has not been able to see him. You hear all these stories about vulnerable elderly people who are not able to speak out for them selves being left and receiving extremely poor care. I really didn't expect to see it in a local Hospital in Norfolk. A review of the number of staff to patients needs to happen quickly. Patients who have different needs may need to have staff that understand and listen to relatives. I would not recommend that anyone becomes a inpatient here, until staff start to care about their patients.
