"Traumatising and generally unpleasant experience"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

Wait was extremely long. The staff told us we could not sit down on the chairs as you had to be trained in health and safety. When I tried to tell the staff I could not breathe properly when they were moulding my brace they did not seem concerned. Staff were rude. Times were confusing. Would not recommend.
