"A&E: a good experience"

About: Hereford County Hospital

Took my wife into Accident & Emergency at 5pm on a Saturday. She was seen by a triage nurse within about 15 minutes. Staff were caring and attentive. A doctor and later a surgeon made very painstaking and thorough examinations, including x-ray, and were able to discharge her a couple of hours later. She had a bad experience as an in-patient in this hospital about 8 years ago, so I was in some trepidation this time. No need to worry! This was how a hospital visit should be.
