"No after care !!!!"

I had a operation on my foot on 21st aug 2014 was sent home same day and was told i would get a appointment through the post for 2 week check up, 2 weeks went by nothing !! I took it apon myself to chase them up only to be given appointments for clinics that dont exsist !! I then had to visit my gp who then had to sort it out and get me a appointment. Not good enough !!! Its caused nothing but stress and wasted journeys to the hospital !!
