I am tempted to describe one Nurse as a treasure - not a word often used nowadays and can relate to describing an older person Oor in this case someone who is a very valuable member of an organisation. I was her first patient of the day. I found her to be authoritative in the nicest possible sense (knew what she was talking about, direct and to the point), sympathetic to a point without overdoing it. Very helpful, great advice. This lady has demonstrated what is good about the NHS
