Treated with great care and attention by all the services involved.

Was advised about the waiting times and the reasons.

Was regularly checked / updated by Doctor and Nursing Staff.

Thank you for posting your kind comments about your experience visiting our A&E Department. Our staff aim to treat all patients with care and attention, and we are really pleased that you felt that everyone involved did so. 90% of patients who responded to the National A&E Survey 2008 rated care as Excellent, Very Good or Good. Following this survey, the A&E team have been focusing on making sure patients are being kept informed and updated throughout their stay, particularly about waiting times. Your comments will passed on to the A&E Department, who will be really encouraged to read that their efforts to keep up communication with patients has made a difference.
