"Taking care of my mother"

My mother had occasion to be taken to accident and emergency at Royal Preston Hospital and I would like to express my thanks to all the staff - reception, nurses and doctors who we came into contact with. Their care and consideration was wonderful, making an old lady as comfortable as possible with small acts of kindness and kind words. I do hope you can pass on my appreciation to the staff. Jean Hill
