Attentive and efficient, polite and welcoming, i have been receiving long term treatment from York Hospitals general surgery staff and have yet to encounter anyone who does not fit the first 4 words of this review. a hospital stay is often a stressful and difficult experience but the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. I think your experience is all down to the way you approach it too. Do unto others etc
