"My friends experience"

My good friend has just been on ward 14 and was disgusted with her care while she was a patient .A nurse came onto the ward with a medicine trolley and couldn't find what she needed so she left the trolley open to go and get another one , still didn't find what she needed so again left the two trolleys open and went for a 3rd trolley .Now surely that is negligence .Also her personal care was so bad ie washing her when she had blood over her from her cannula and was told oh its only dry blood its fine .Her food was left on her table but was not in reach for her to be able to get to it and by this time she was in tears .After her visit on ward 14 she says she will never go on that ward ever again
