"Heart surgery"

I can never thank you enough for the excellent care you have given our Mum during her stay there recently. She was absolutely terrified of having her operation, and although it was a major one, she has now been sent "home" tonight to the RD+E Exeter where I was allowed in to see her just for 10 precious minutes-thank you. Each and every one of you are absolutely amazing and I can quite easily see how everyone that told me that Hammersmith hospital is the best in the world are so right! I speak not only for myself, but also for my brother, the rest of our family and Mum's many many friends for what you have done for us all. We have total respect for you all and are eternally grateful.
