About: Royal United Hospital

When one visits the A&E department one is unwell and concerned, I have found the receptionists rude and not concerned, no smile, no how can I help? one gets a frosty looking glare when your details have been recorded they point a finger and mumbles wait over there. I have found the RUH to be first class in all other departments. Parry Ward is excellent ,smiles plus how are you today etc wonderful nurses Such a shame that the A&E reception is not up to the excellence of Parry Ward
