"Fantastic"

I was very lucky to be under the care of the prof, even though I was an nhs patient I was treated the same as anyone else. Having had numerous procedures over many years I have never experienced a stay in hospital like it. If you can have a good experience being in hospital I found it. Everyone from the consultant,nurses,house keepers even the car park attendant were always very professional and polite. On my day of discharge I was even seen off at the door. I need to have further surgery in the future if I can't get it done at the spires on nhs I will have to do a lot of overtime to pay. Thanks to everyone at the spires.
