Today I visited the A and E department with my 3 year old daughter who had fallen over and got 2 nasty cuts on her forehead. Your staff were amazing and the nurse working with Sophie was so patient and professional, yet so warm and friendly. The doctor who checked her over before we left was equally as nice and the whole experience has my daughter wanting to come back tomorrow to have her wound checked! I feel very proud of the NHS. Thank you.
