I attended A+E with an nasty abscess on my thigh. Although the department was very busy, I was treated with courtesy and efficiency throughout the episode, from registration, through triage and on to seeing a doctor. After very prompt triage the waiting time to see the doctor did not seem excessive, given that my condition did not require me to be seen immediately. Well done C+W!
