"Physiotherapy department - shambolic to say least"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

a course of physio agreed involving 3 or 4 weekly treatment sessions in hyrotherapy pool. its taken months becuase at least 2 occasions of staff illness or no show 2 occasions of broken equipment 2 occasions of no show transport - not booked properly by department 2 occasions of transport turning up when session cancelled or moved... no wonder its so hard to get physiotherapy to top it all the physiotherpy department doesn't seem to belong to, or be listed in any of the hjosptial departments perhpas thats why it is a complete shambles?
