"Switchboard"

After telephoning to get through to a specific dermatology secretary i was given 2 wrong numbers not associated with the hospital, the third time i was put through to midwifery and am currently typing this up while im trying to get through to switchboard...oh just rang out as it rang to many time, better dial again! Not acceptable customer service. Sort the training out for your staff
