"Bruised my arms and then lost my blood sample"

I left the previous comment on my horrible experience with an unprofessional nurse. That was not the end of the story, they managed to lose my blood sample! I had to go in and do another blood test, the manager who handled my complaint blamed on the discrepancy of my name on the form and my old name on May Day system. She knew and the Lab staff told me that it was not the cause of it as I did the same blood test with same name with another nurse in Purley hospital in May, and never had a problem, got my result in 48 hours! The lab staff told me actually the manager told her that the nurse soon got home falling ill, so it was very likely that she misplaced my blood! They didn't say sorry or anything, at least they should have done something to prevent it from happening. Very unhappy with the service and how they handled my concern/complaint. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional, just try to cover their own mistake! We all have to work to fund this NHS, and I don't have half a day to waste and re-do the blood test suffering because of their mistake! Next time, I will call them to avoid that nurse , the blonde nurse is very good, I will stick with her!
