What I liked
Friendly, sensitive, caring staff.
Very clean.
Modern buildings.
What could be improved
Radiotherapy machines constantly breaking down. Long waits for radiotherapy.
Incredibly slow and inefficient pharmacy.
Co-ordination of radiotherapy units and other departments.
Anything else?
The staff that show patients around and try to help and organize things are excellent.
Parking is not free for radiotherapy treatments.
Staff have to constantly apologize for delays.
Nothing seems to be being done to resolve the causes of the delays. The delays add to what is already a stressful, disruptive and difficult process.
