"Fast, friendly and effcient service"

I was seen in A&E on Saturday night (received, tested, examined, diagnosed and discharged within 2 hours) and referred to VRE on Sunday. I had to wait a while in VRE and it was irritating when I was told I was next and then another patient was called in, but priority is the doctor's decision. Staff were very helpful and I felt reasonably relaxed despite being anxious. My problem and treatment were explained in straightforward terms. This was my third visit to Moorfields and each time I have been impressed with their service and standards.
