"From A&E to ward 15"

I was very please with the service i was given at A&E they were friendly and clear with what was happening there was some small amounts of waiting but this was expected and ensured time for people to do there jobs. I was told that my ex-rays would be rechecked and this happened and i was asked to attend again the next day for a CT scan and was then kept in for a few days in ward 15. I have been treated with respect, care and curtsey, All of the staff looked after me giving me the support that i needed, doctors discussed treatment and options, nurses ensured i was comfortable with pain relief and ensuring I was able to do all of the thing that i needed, OT and Physio staff ensures i was mobile and would be able to manage when i got home, catering staff were friendly and helpful providing good food and refreshments, The hospital is kept clean by a very hard working friendly team.
