"The general staff were terrible, I am not..."

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital

The staff were extremely rude and short, I asked two questions about what to do in my situation and what she would advise and the lady on the a&e desk said 'no to both of those questions, ok?' And offered no further support. Disgraceful.
