"Thank you so much"

My son was seen in Immunology after some serious allergic reactions. The admin staff were really lovely and helpful, even putting themselves out to get me a glass of water as it was such a hot day. The doctor clearly knew his subject area and after taking details was able to tell us with confidence what was causing the problem and commence a treatment plan. His manner inspired total confidence. We were even seen very early, which saved us hanging around. They couldn't have done more to help. I have previously had some very negative experiences in other hospitals and have to say that I would highly recommend this one.
