"5 Star Treatment"

I went into Mount Vernon, Trinity ward for a hip replacement operation on the 10th June 2014. Right from the start the nurses and all staff were outstanding and could not have been more helpful. The wards & facilities are clean, bright & roomy. After I had my op, that evening, I had a couple of problems with low blood pressure and low pulse rate, but immediately was surrounded by very able and caring medical staff, who had me stabilised in no time. The surgeon did a fantastic job, and was at my bedside at 07.00 every morning, to check on how I was doing. I can definitely say that I had 5 star treatment from every member of staff, well done to all of them!
