"Orthodontic clinic"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

My 15 year old daughter was referred to Queens Orthodontic dept as her mouth was overcrowded and many teeth needed repositioning with a fixed appliance. The staff at this clinic are superb. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The nurses are kind, professional and caring. The doctors who have carried out the brace treatment have achieved excellent results for my daughter who has a smile to be proud of and greater self confidence. The medical staff are fantastic - just the right manner when talking to a teenager. They are efficient and get on with the reatment whilst giving the patient confidence in what they are doing and offering reassurance. Whenever I have had to phone in for advice or for a repair the service has been responsive and you are never made to feel a nuisance. The department is clean and well presented and waiting times are reasonable. Queens hospital should be proude of this well run department
