I went to the Clementine Churchill on the 12th of this month for major abdominal surgery which had failed on 3 previous occasions. This time touch wood is OK. The staff, every single one I meet were polite and helpful. I was worried about being in a single room, that I may get neglected . Just the opposite the staff could not have done more for me, I was very down and they me smile. Downing Suite staff take a bow, love and thanks to you all. I went there using the NHS choose and book. I got 1st class care all the way, and the food,wow, I was il and struggled but the quality and the presentation was wonderful.
