"Wonderful staff"

Took my mum into a very busy A&E Dept, she had terrible chest pains and was taken through to a specialised dept within A&E ... was immediately put onto a monitor. The doctors and nurses could not have done any more, they were very professional and very approachable. We saw lots of different people who were all aware of what was going on. Later on she was transferred to a ward, where again the staff were very helpful and smiley.
