"Exceptional in every aspect"

I attended the Emergency Department as I was having a miscarriage. I was on my own and extremely upset. I was attended to immediately by staff who were caring, concerned and empathetic. I was constantly updated about progress and was transferred to the EPAU within 60 minutes of arriving in the department. My scan was horrendous as its not how you imagine the first scan will be. The Registrar was so amazing. She was apologetic, and when I fell apart at no point did I feel rushed, scared or stupid. I was also followed up twice over the next three weeks by phone, which made me feel like I was the most special person in the world. I cant thank you all enough.
