About: Basildon University Hospital

Visited this place for an on going condition, wow this is really dreadful department, I was sent for a MRI scan with no follow up but was told they would be in contact. once they had receive the scan details, and if there was any change or deterioration in my condition they would be in contact. Suffered for nearly a year until seeing this neurologist again and found out he had not even opened the scan record.. then tried to bluff that he had read the records and they was no change. when asking him to open the records in front of me on his PC it had become clear he was bluffing as he was unable to open the file.
