"Terrible attitude from front line staff"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

Visited the hospital on Sunday, very agressive staff member. Working on a front line service myself I would never speak to someone the way we were spoken to. The nurse was itching for an arguement; didnt work though. Left the PRU and went to Tunbridge Wells Hospital, wow what an amazing hospital that is, Thankfully moving out of the area so will never have to visit that place again.

I am sorry to hear that the manner of the member of staff you encountered on Sunday was so off putting that you left the department. The Urgent Care Centre which is situated on the right hand side of the Emergency Department is privided by Greenbrooks rather than Kings College Hospital. I will forward your comments to the Service Manager for the area.
