"Couldn't of had better service if we'd gone..."

Expected a long wait as it was my daughters first appointment but all went very smoothly. Staff were polite and efficient even showing us to the different departments and telling us the shortcuts through this massive building. Didn't have to ask too many questions because everything with my daughters condition was explained. All in all a very pleasing experience. We are due to go back in 6 months let's hope we weren't just lucky that day.
