"no one to give advice"

About: York Hospital

my mother was admitted with a broken hip and since she was admitted we can not get any information from ward 25 about her condition, we are finding no staff members will give us any information even after asking to speak to the ward manager, every one we speak to gives a different account, do you have a pals at york? because i know at the trust i work at, pals would have sorted everything out for us, or is the problem that york is a foundation trust and staff do not have time to communicate? if there was an alternative to york district hospital we would move her tomorrow
