"Not acceptable, ever!"

I'm a regular visitor to the Nottingham Treatment Centre as an outpatient and for treatment as a day case under GA. I have never,ever had the cause to complain before, the staff are hard working and conscientious and incredibly respectful. Last time I visited, however, I was taken in to the operating theatre to be anaesthetised and the floor had not been cleaned from the last patient. It is not acceptable, ever, for there to be blood and iodine from a previous patient on the floor when the next one is taken through!
