I went for a knee replacement at Northern General Hospital in September 2008. I cannot speak too highly of the care I received there. Everyone I came into contact with treated me exceptionally well from the surgeons down to the cleaners. The nursing staff were informative, kind and helpful. The ward was kept very clean and i had no worries about catching any hospital viruses. I also attended physiotherapy after discharge, at the Royal Hallmashire, and again cannot praise them enough. Thank you NHS.
