I attended the Day Case Department Friday 30th May for a hand operation I wish to thank a particular member of staff in MSU Department and staff for getting my operation so quickly as I have suffered for a long time and was trying not to have this operation also thanks to the Day Case Unit who were very pleasant and helpful and especially to the team in Theatre 6 who relaxed me and a big thank you to the Consultant who performed my operation this doctor is a brilliant surgeon also to the Recovery team who looked after me.

The staff try at all times to deliver a good service to patients and it is nice to know that this has been experienced.
