"Careless staff"

Positives: seen relatively quickly (three hours total). Negatives--two issues: 1. The antibacterial gels in the hallway were all empty. Both nurses at a&e that I approached just shrugged this off. I am fairly sure they did not alert anyone else to the issue. I saw people press the dispensers unsuccessfully, as I did, meaning that there was likely transmission of germs from touching the same surface. 2. Received a box of antibiotics to take two tablets twice a day for seven days. That's 28 tablets. On coming home realised only 14 tablets were given. Called back to clarify. Turns out the dosage should have read 1 tablet twice a day. The woman apologised, which is nice, but given I could have overdosed, not nearly acceptable.
