"Adolescent out patient appointment"

My daughter attended an adolescent out patient appointment today , which was very good, was treated very well by all the staff and a lovely doctor. However disappointingly she had to attend the main building to have her blood test taken, long queue clearly not geared up to deal with younger people and is a shame given how well set up everything else was for adolescents . This was a scary experience for her .
