"Walk in treatment following riding accident..."

I wanted to say a huge thank you for the outstanding care I received from the minute I walked in to Edenbridge Minor Injuries Unit following a fall from my horse. Your Receptionist, having taken details of my visit, flagged me as "urgent" and I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. The nurse, then acted in such a caring and thoughtful manner and arranged for my transfer, by ambulance to Pembury Major Injuries where a team was waiting when I arrived. I was kept fully informed of what was happening and why it was happening and my only regret is that I did not manage to get the names of your staff who cared for me. I am still recovering from my injury, but I would be grateful if you could pass my personal "thank you" to both your Receptionist and the Nurse who took my case. I am so very grateful. I am writing to Pembury Hospital as, again, the team who took care of me for the course of the following 6 hours were outstanding too and my letter to The Trust will include my excellent care that started at Edenbridge. I visited on the morning of Tuesday, 6th May 2014 around 10am:- Melanie Hyde.
