"Pointless MRI scan"

Recently went for an MRI scan of the head, took longer than expected due to stupid nurse not having put support underneath my legs. I was in total discomfort the entire time and was told several times to keep still until I awkwardly pointed out that I had no back support. Support was finally given but only for the last 5 minutes. And the nurse had the cheek to say I should have asked in the first place. I shouldn't have had to ask; I have had several MRI scans and every single time, support was always given at Chorley hospital. My MRI scan was meant to take no longer than 20 minutes but ended up taking an extra 15/20 minutes which was not only wasting their time, my time but also adding unnecessary pain and noise pollution to my ear drums with the loudness of the scanner. I just prey that the results come back accurately. Preston hospital! Are you reading these comments, are these comments actually going through your retinas?! You need to train your staff better. Listen up before people start making serious complaints.
