"A high standard of care"

My mother has serious dementia and is very difficult, but the staff could not have been more patient and kind, and discussed different options and the risks with me fully. I was very impressed, as was my sister when she accompanied my mother on a previous occasion. The ward was beautifully clean, but this was not true of the visitors toilets outside the ward. There don't seem to be enough of these, and the two I went into were filthy.
