"A& E Care"

I was very impressed by the highly professional and caring manner in which I was treated by the nurses and doctors. They are a credit to the NHS and St Peter’s. In particular, I would like to thank the A&E doctors on duty , for their care, kindness and attention and for handling my problem in a constructive, friendly and efficient manner. I cannot praise their professionalism, communication and bedside skills highly enough. This was a vast improvement over treatment received on a previous occasion, around 5 months ago, when the duty Registrar didn't even bother to speak to me and I was discharged on his "executive decision" without any discussion or treatment, despite a comparatively serious condition.
