Efficiently seen in A & E late last night concerned I had a wound infection. Staff were splendid. Seen by specialist nurse practitioner with expertise in orthopaedics who was delightful. Very knowledgeable skilled and gave me great confidence. Fine today. 10/10 Hexham!
