Visited the department for an ENT appointment. After waiting over 1 and 1/2 hous after my appointment time, I decided to leave without being seen. Staff never kept you informed and seemed uninterested when I approached them. I have had several bad experiences at Burton ENT Department and will go to Derby instead.
