"My Mothers stay at Russells Hall Hospital"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

In late March 2014 my mother was admitted to Russells Hall Hospital with a suspected stroke. From the time the Paramedics and ambulance crew arrived at her home to being admitted to the A&E then the other units EAU, stroke unit, and finally A3 the care she received was fantastic. My brother and myself were informed of her progress at every stage. She was taken to Tiled House for rehabilitation and received excellent care from all the staff to make sure she could return home. A big big thank you and well done to all the staff involved in her care.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your positive feedback about your mother’s experience of our hospital. We are so pleased that you were impressed with the care she received from our staff in EAU, the stroke unit and on ward A3. Making sure our patients feel fully informed and involved about all aspects of their treatment and recovery is very important to us, so we are glad you felt you were given all the information you needed about her progress. We have passed your lovely comments on to the teams involved in your mother’s care.
