"Difficulty getting hold of the appointments..."

About: Manor Hospital

I am sick to death of being put through by the operator. After a total of 3 hours 52 minutes, we have still not got hold of anyone to speak to. Right brassed off. This feels like such a waste of time. I would like Walsall Manor to be investigated, to show the truth about what a terrible service they offer!
