My mother took ill at road service station and was referred to Mid Staffs hospital A & E conditions were disgusting, doctor was worse than useless. Paramedics were concerned about her heart readings and insisted we go to A & E. Mid Staffs doctor told us she had indigestion! ! My mum was treated in the corridor next to a toilet that smelt like the sewer.
