"Thanks to the Sunderland Royal Endocrinology..."

While I do have complaints about Sunderland Royal Hospital, I must congratulate the Endocrinology Department. I have regular appointments at this clinic, and Dr Nayer and his specialist nurse Jim Smith always go that extra mile and make patients feel they are listened to and are not just a number. I cannot praise them highly enough. This department shows how the NHS should work. My grateful thanks go out to them.
