I went to North Middlesex Gastro department. I had an appointment to see the specialist. I gave them my name, and met the nurse who ask me to weight myself. She called me "my love", and I said that I liked that. Her response was to tell me to get lost! I could not believe she was so rude. This was witnessed by another member of staff.
